Unauthorized user on my account

Some how my ex is adding stations to my pandora account. I deleted an old account that was linked ro his roku hoping that would solve the problem but when i created a new account the same thing is happening.  I know it is him because it was a special station i had for him and i. I have deleted it so many times but it keeps on coming back along with another one i know he listens to.

I've changed my password in an effort to kick unauthorized people of my account.  They are still logged in under the old password.  You really should fix this flaw.  If the password is changed it really should log out of any account not currently using the new password

I just changed my password but I have an unauthorized user and it didn't sign out of all devices.

Hi @xokyra93ox, thanks for posting. I moved your message over to an existing thread: Unauthorized user on my account

I've gone ahead and asked our User Support team to remove all the devices associated with your Pandora account. This will automatically sign you out everywhere including any devices you currently have, so you will need to sign back in once this change takes effect. 

If you'd like to see which devices are associated with your account, I'd recommend visiting the following feature request and giving it a like: Someone else listening - Show what other device is being used

the Pandora Premium family account I have had for years was hijacked. they changed my email and password so of course now i can't get into it. There are years of playlists and collections in there and I'm beyond mad! Is there anyway to get it back or am I doomed to start all over? FYI, email address was changed if anyone would like to send them a message.

I have a jerk that’s hacking my pandora account that needs to mind his own business. How do I get him and others off of it? I’m starting to screenshot all of the incorrect adds. 

So I have some hackers on my profile. Him and I also hear a chick. 

So there’s more than one average person hacking my profile and I need help removing them. They are recording me and it’s an invasion of privacy. I started taking screenshots. I’m absolutely disgusted with these people. How do I get them removed. Please help. I have a hard time breathing when there’s privacy issues.

Could you help me as well? I have another person listening in on my Pandora account. I've already changed the password, but they're still listening. Can you kick them out of my account or just have it sign out everywhere? Thanks!!

i need help asap!! So i wanted to listen to music on my laptop today instead of my phone and when i tired to log in it kept saying wrong password so i went ahead and requested a reset. Well to my surprise i received an email stating there was no account with the email i had entered. I immediately opened the app on my phone clicked on account and to my surprise there was a unfamiliar email where my email was supposed to be! I panicked because i had just paid my renewal. I emailed the owner of the email and the offered to sell me another account!!!! I had to create a new pandora account. I remembered that i have pandora on my TV and i checked the email and its a different one than the one that is on the app. Please help me! i had to create a new one with my email since they somehow where able to take it from me. I want my account back!

Yes it was! Since I had the email they changed it to the Pandora team straightened it all out in less than a half day.
