Unauthorized user on my account

Some how my ex is adding stations to my pandora account. I deleted an old account that was linked ro his roku hoping that would solve the problem but when i created a new account the same thing is happening.  I know it is him because it was a special station i had for him and i. I have deleted it so many times but it keeps on coming back along with another one i know he listens to.

Someone has access to my account. I need them logged out ASAP. I’ve changed my password but it’s not helping & they’re kicking off from listening.

Hello! Someone has gotten into my account and is interrupting my listening. There are random music stations in my recent favorites that I have not been listening to. If I could get help that would be great. Thank you! 🙂

@TannerPandora is there a way log out every device I'm logged into on my end? Or do I have to request that from you? I use two devices, my pc and my phone when I'm not home. I got an alert that someone else was listening while I was at work today.

My parents pandora account has been hacked. The person changed the account email and password. My parents have paid for a yearly family plan for premium, and now we don't know what to do.

My account has been hacked. I've changed the password and canceled my subscription. I'm afraid to delete my account, because I think they'll go in and resubscribe my subscription. Can someone please log out all that are logged in for my account.

Hi,

I want to log off all devices to make sure I do not have an unauthorized listener. I recently broke up and need to make sure that the other shared speakers and vehicles we had are not able to still use my Pandora account. I just changed my password on the computer but my phone app did not ask for the new password when I was testing if this worked, so I'm guessing the other devices are the same. What do I need to do to force a new login of devices?

@VK At this time, listeners cannot view or remove devices logged into their accounts manually.

You can upvote this idea by liking this request if you want to see this as a feature offered on Pandora.

Been a member for 10-15 years.  I had about 4-5 *key* stations that I had spent a lot of time developing.  Of those 4-5 stations, my "Red Hot Chili Peppers Station" is the one I've listened to most.  

Recently, when I go to view the stations in "My Collection" in the hopes of locating and listening to one of my other curated stations (e.g., Four Tops Radio, Bruce Springsteen Radio, The Who Radio, etc.), I find that "My Collection" consists of dozens, if not hundreds, of random stations that I never created, and that I have no desire to listen to.  Honestly, it's not "my" collection at all, but a bunch of random garbage and clutter that I don't want clogging "my" collection.  What's worse, this past week, my other 3-4 stations (Four Tops, Bruce Springsteen, The Who, Jingle Bell Rock) have literally gone missing.  So now "My Collection" no longer includes the stations I've developed (with the sole exception of Red Hot Chili Peppers radio, to which I still have access), and instead includes random stations that I do not want.  

Is there a way to fix this?
