Why is my private messages not working anymore?

I was able to use private chat for awhile but now it seem to be deleted which I did not do.

why did they get rid of privet messages it is dumb and kinda made me mad please fix this and give us our privet messages back please with the most respect cow2

Hi @cowgirl7094 !

Thanks for posting, you may need to accept the Private Messenger Consent Agreement. To do this:

1. First, please go to My settings. Please click on your Community's profile picture. This should display a menu including the "My settings" option.
2. On My Settings, select the Personal tab.
3. Then Private messenger.

There you may see a message to accept the Private Messenger Consent Agreement. Please read the agreement and accept it.

After that your Personal Messages should re-appear.
