I keep getting this message. I am only one logged onto my account. Just purchased plus and Bluetooth it from my phone to car and boat. Am I doing something wrong. Started the day after my free trial.
@Sunbather1969 You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password.
However, you won't be able to listen to that same Pandora account on multiple devices at the same time.
As long as you aren't attempting to stream your account on your phone, car, and boat at the same time, that message shouldn't appear.
This being said, let's go ahead and run through some steps to rule out any possibility of an unwanted user on your account.
I've gone ahead and removed all the devices associated with your Pandora account. This will automatically sign you out everywhere including any devices you currently have, so you will need to sign back in once this change takes effect. Please be patient as this may not happen instantaneously.
If you haven't already, you will also need to change your password in order to fully secure your account.
