Could you do this for me too?
I have an unauthorized user using my account too and need all devices to be logged out. Can you please do this?
Hi @eroth5 sorry to hear this.
I've asked our User Support team to go ahead and remove all the devices associated with your account. This will automatically sign you out everywhere including any devices you currently have, so you will need to sign back in once this change takes effect. Please be patient as this may not happen instantaneously.
After you sign back in, I would recommend changing your password to something else. Let me know if you need help with this.
Thanks for posting on community!
I really need to be logged out of active devices. Seems I have left mine where I don't want it. Please help!
Hey there, @jayklinger1984. 👋
A specialist from our User Support team has reached out to you via email to assist with the removal of devices logged into your Pandora account. Please keep an eye out for the email from our User Support team. If you don't see it soon, please check your spam / junk folder to make sure it didn't end up there. 📬
I would also recommend checking out this existing feature request as it seems like you'd be interested in seeing this option implemented: Someone else listening - Show what other device is being used
Be sure to click on the ❤️icon next to the title of the request to express your interest.
Hope this helps. 🎶
Its 2:47 am here where I am on the 17th of may 2020 and I'm having this same problem after updating my account
@Shinigamiwolfie Check out this post for more information on why this error message may be popping up for you.
You will also find instructions on what steps to take to prevent that message from popping up on your account again.
That being said, I am going to have someone from our support team contact you privately via email to help make sure this gets taken care of.
Please keep an eye out for their message.
It seems obvious that all devices should be forced to re-log in any time the password is changed. Should be the default, although a user option NOT to require this does not really hurt. What really hurts is that I have no control over the usage of the account I pay for since others can continue to use the account indefinitely without my permission if they are able to log in only once in any way, as long as Pandora does not force new logins with every password change like virtually every other app I can think of or have ever used.
@zinca4 I definitely understand your frustration.
If you need help removing any unauthorized users from your account, let me know and I can escalate you over to our support team for further assistance.
In the meantime, you can upvote this idea by liking this request if you want to see this as a feature offered on Pandora.

Additionally, while there isn't currently a way for you to manage devices on your end to see who is logged into your account, I recommend giving a ❤️to this existing feature request: Someone else listening - Show what other device is being used
