"Someone Else is Listening" Message:

If you are receiving the message, "Your Pandora Account is currently playing on another device," or "Someone else is listening," then more than one device is streaming from your account at the same time.

While your Pandora account can be logged into as many devices as you like, they can't be playing at the same time. Regardless of your subscription level, the revenue from one Pandora account only covers the cost of one stream from one device. As long as you press pause on one device before you listen to Pandora on another, you should be fine.

Unauthorized User on my account:

If you believe this error message is popping up due to an unauthorized user accessing your account, and would like help with disassociating or removing any devices that are logged into your account, please contact our support team for further assistance.

At this time, listeners cannot view or remove devices logged into their accounts manually.

In the meantime, you can upvote this idea by liking this request if you want to see this as a feature offered on Pandora.

I'm having the same issue that others have noted above. I can't believe that Pandora doesn't have an option to see all devices and log out of certain devices. I emailed support but I would like to find a real solution for this, not a script. It's been going on for over a month now for me and I'm not logged into any other devices for streaming. Thank you in advance for the help.

@gschultz1 I do see our support team was able to help secure your account via email earlier this morning.

If you have any additional questions, make sure to reply back directly to the email thread you have open with them, and they will be happy to further assist.

In the meantime, if you'd like to see the option to remove devices on your end added to the service, I recommend upvoting this existing feature request with a ❤️Someone else listening - Show what other device is being used

Someone else has been using my account and I need to remove all the extra sign ins. I’ve changed the password, but this won’t do anything to kick them off. How can I see a list of users and remove the ones that don’t belong?

Everytime I am listening to my pandora it says that someone is listening to it. I don't remember giving my information to anyone else. I need to be logged out of ALL devices and have my password changed. Thank you

Someone else is listening. If you are using your desktop Pandora app, and you are listening to music on that app. If you click on community from your app it will take you to the Pandora on-line app. If you happen to click on a music playlist, or just another song, you will see this message. Just close your desktop app, or pause your song from the desktop app. If you are curious to see if this is it, then please feel free to try it. Take care and stay safe all.

I keep getting the message "someone else is listening" to my pandora station, and my stream gets paused until i click "let me listen."  It's happening very frequently, and i would like to block whoever is doing this.  i just changed the password on my account to start.  But what else do i need to do to regain control of my account?

Every time i turn on Pandora on my device - i have someone else logged in. I am the only user on my account. How the F...k do i stop this from happening? There needs to be user control over the devices on our accounts. This is the only paid service i know of where i cant control who and what is on my account. Come on Pandora fix this already....
