Android: "Session Timed Out" Error Message

i've tried the troubleshooting. the unrestricted battery, cach/data reset. everything. works fine on the computer but i can't get the app to work. i've tried it on 2 different phones. i reset my password and even tried signing out of all devices. i have premium. im a daily user and really need my music for work/drives.

If the issue pops up again, please provide the following to share with our engineering team:

  • Model:
  • Carrier:
  • Android version (Settings > About Phone):
  • Pandora version:
    • If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
    • If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora
  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
  • Have you identified any other patterns or notable information?
