Hi, @Ninjakwitty. 👋

Thanks for reporting this error message. Let's try clearing your app data to see if that resolves the issue.

From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you):*

  1. Open your device Settings
  2. Tap Apps
  3. Scroll down to find Pandora
  4. Select Storage
  5. On the storage details page tap Clear Data.

Please note that you will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps. Let me know how it goes and whether that error message continues to pop up. 🎧

*Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after this, please let us know.

Unfortunately it did not work, I tried clearing storage and cache. I received the same error message when trying to log in 😞

Hello, I am also having this same problem. I uninstalled the app, cleared the cache and storage and nothing changed. I am using a Pixel 5. This just started this morning.

Having the same issue. Cleared cache, cleared data, re-installed - same issue. 30 minutes of my time wasted. My rate is $200/hr, so by now you guys owe me $100. I accept venmo and paypal. Thanks!

Good evening!

My app has been updated to Android version 2205.1.1 after receiving the "your session has been timed out." prompt and viewing past forums that this may be caused due to a pending update. After following the steps detailed above, a new error of "We are experiencing technical difficulties." appears at the login screen. Is there an ETA on being able to access the site via the Android app?

Thank you for your time!

Edit: I was able to bypass the login on the app by clicking on the profile image on the top right hand corner in the mobile chrome browser and going to "Pandora Account". This allowed the app to open to play music, however I am unsure if closing the app will create the same error of experiencing technical difficulties.

Absolutely same issue, followed all the basic and advanced, uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted phone, the works.  Please please get this fixed!  I use Pandora to help me sleep!

Edit: Now it's working!  Thank GOD!

I have also had the same problem for months. I have tried uninstalling reinstalling clearing the cache and the app data and no success. I plan on canceling my subscription.

Hi @Beth2 👋

Thanks for reporting this and sorry for those error messages.

Instead of uninstalling and reinstalling the app, let's try clearing your app data on your Android device.

From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you):*

  1. Open your device Settings
  2. Tap Apps
  3. Scroll down to find Pandora
  4. Select Storage
  5. On the storage details page tap Clear Data.

Keep in mind that the steps for each Android device is slightly different. If you have a Pixel, you can check out Google's help page for steps on how to clear space on your device.

Please note that you will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps.

Let me know if this helps or need help signing back in! 🎧
