Android: "Unable to retrieve music from Pandora.com"

Samsung S23 Ultra.  I've tried clearing data & cache, restarting, uninstalling/reinstalling the app...and nothing but a message at the bottom of every song whether in a Collection or via a Station that says 'buffering'.  This happens regardless if I'm connected to Wifi or via cellular.  I enabled battery to Unrestricted.

Any ideas?

Update: I figured out the problem.  My workplace Wifi blocks Pandora.  It works if I use cell service only.  Sorry for reporting this as an issue on your end.

  • Carrier:
  • Android version (Settings > About Phone):
  • Pandora version:
    • If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
    • If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora
