Session Timed Out Error on 2102.1.1

Pandora Update (03/23/2021): We've noticed that some listeners are still experiencing this error message after running through the troubleshooting steps and clearing their app data.

If you haven't already, please try updating the Pandora app on your Android device:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Touch the menu icon in the upper left and select My apps & games.
  3. Apps with available updates are labeled Update.
  4. Choose any appropriate apps and tap Update.

Tip: In some cases, you may need to restart your device to update an app.

If you continue to have issues, please provide the following details so that I can let our engineering team know that we are still encountering this issue.

  • Model:
  • Carrier:
  • Android version (Settings > About Phone):
  • Pandora version:
    • If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
    • If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?

I am still having issues after the update. Below is the requested info. 

  • Model: Samsung Galaxy S10
  • Carrier: Straight Talk
  • Android version (Settings > About Phone): 11
  • Pandora version: 2102.1.1
  • Error message occurs on wi-fi and cell data

I agree its been awful I've never had a problem before.  I listen on my galaxy 9+ but now when I open it says timed out retry.  That happens immediately.  Even time. I've rebooted my phone uninstalled Pandora  multiple times. I just tried again and it opened but won't play. Im ready to give up an switch to deeper, although I really don't like that app. So I'd really like some help.
