I have a new IPhone 12. When I play Pandora with : phone, blue tooth speakers or Tesla it works perfect. When I play Pandora in my Acura NSX it will play a couple songs and goes to ad but instead of playing ad it goes silent(Iam sure advertisers don’t like that) so Pandora is in The Twight Zone and won’t come back. I’ve had Acura and Verizon reset phone numerous times and it still hasn’t helped. Hope you can help as I love my phone and Pandora. Regards

Is this happening in your vehicle as well or only with your in-home speaker?
Hi @techynut! Welcome to community 👋🏻 Sorry to hear this is happening.
Just to clarify, you're connected to your Acura by Bluetooth only? Meaning that you control Pandora through your phone and no the head unit.
When this happens, does Pandora recover or do you have to force close the app and restart it? Have you noticed in patterns, like does this happen with a particular commercial or every commercial?
In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account. The next time this happens, can you let me know the date and time, I can take a closer look.
Thanks!
Thanks so much for reply. Iam at our summer house and won’t be back with my NSX until October so I can correspond better then. Sometimes I had to shut down the I phone for it to play again.
This is happening to me too, however I’m connected to our home speakers (Sonos) via Bluetooth. I have to close the app entirely and restart for the music to continue.
