Why is my pandora keep going off n on when I'm playing my playlist with bluetooth in my truck

Could you provide the following information so I can investigate?

1. What is the make, model and year of your vehicle? 
2. If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?
3. What is the make and model of your phone?
4. Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)?
5. Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?
6. Have you experienced this issue only when in the car, or also when listening on your phone outside the car?
7. Is this happening on all playlists or is it happening on one in particular? If just one, can you let me know which one.
8. Are you running into any error message? If so, what does it say?
9. Is Pandora going into offline mode? Or does playback just stop?

Mine keeps doing the same exact thing. Only when playing through Bluetooth in my CHR. Very frustrating.  It's been doing this over a month now

Can you tell me a little more about your experience. Do you lose your Bluetooth connection between your phone and car or does playback stop and start?

  • Do you use a stock stereo or aftermarket stereo?
• What is the make and model of your phone?
• What Pandora version are you on?
• Do you connect to PandoraLink, Android Auto or CarPlay?
