Incorrect album art showing in vehicle

When Pandora is playing a station using the app for the car radio the picture of some unknown person appears on the screen instead of the correct album cover.  When playing Pandora on the iPad, iPhone or computer this does not happen.  How do I fix this?

Could you provide the following information so I can investigate?

  1. What is the make, model and year of your vehicle?
     
  2. If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?
     
  3. What is the Pandora app version you're on (let me know if you need help finding that)?
     
  4. How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
     
  5. Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?

I have the same problem. I upgraded my BMW software & have the latest pandora app still the name & picture on the car dashboard screen is different than what's playing.

Can you let me know:

  • The year and model of your BMW?
  • Is your vehicle equipped with Apple CarPlay?
  • Are you connected via Bluetooth or USB?

Could you provide the following information:

  1. What is the make, model and year of your vehicle?
  2. If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?
  3. What is the make and model of your phone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)?
  4. How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
  5. Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?

Also, can you give me an example of an album this is happening on?
