Mazda - Station option greyed out

So I am going to make a new post. This has been posted about before, and I made a comment about having the same issue a few days ago but I have not seen anything response... I have since bought a subscription since my post and no change.

I have cleared the cache and wiped all the data listed in this post : Station Unavailable Message - Pandora Community
Nothing has worked...

I hoped maybe this was a paid feature and maybe buying into the service would fix the issue. I even took the other person's advice and make favorites, but it is not a very clean solution.

I have one other complaint, when I shut off the car and walk way the app does not shut off, I have to go into my phone and shut it down... I love the fact that you can set the app to auto turn on, but it should auto turn off as well!

Thanks in advance for any help! 153265988_773887986575263_6554358272380725808_n.jpg

Same exact problem here.  "Station List" is greyed out when connecting via bluetooth but works fine via Android Auto.  It does work on my wife's phone (Nokia 4.2) but does not work on mine (Motorola g7).  The vehicle is a 2021 Mazda CX-5 (same display as in photo above).  Is there a fix yet?

Hi all!

Our Automotive team is aware of this and are investigating. I've added your info to our ticket and will be posting any updates in this thread as they are made available.

In the meantime, I would recommend connecting via bluetooth only and controlling Pandora through your mobile device rather than the car's head unit.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Use your mobile device only when conditions allow and as permitted by applicable law.

An update, sorry I didn't post this sooner.. So one day randomly my favorited (or stared in the Mazda menu) stations went "unavailable" and that menu item came alive. I had to turn off my bluetooth for a few minutes and it went back to being greyed out again... Not sure why it randomly worked and then turning bluetooth off and on would cause it to not work again. I didn't unpair it I just turned it off so my phone call didn't go through the speakers since I was parked.

Has this issue been resolved? I have a pixel 3xl and a new 2022 Mazda CX-5. Is this an issue with Mazdas? All cars? An issue with Android drive app?

@Tball To clarify, are you still experiencing this issue on your end?

Can you please send us a picture of what you're seeing?

Thanks for working with me on this. 🤝
