No hookup to honda civic 2015

Phone to car for calls works. Pandora to car doesn't work. 

Previous cell worked. Galaxy A35 5G doesn't hook up

Welcome to community. Can you tell me more about your experience?

• Do you control playback through your phone or your Civic's HondaLink system?
• Do you receive an error message? If so, what does it say?
• Are you connecting to your Honda with Bluetooth or USB?
• Do you have an after market stereo or stock system?
