Pandora connection to pioneer deh-s31bt

I try to connect to the pandora source on my receiver via Bluetooth but it says conn failed. I can connect via the Bluetooth audio source however it plays the song for about 30 seconds and pandora closes on my galaxy s20. I can play any other music source from my phone through to the receiver without having any issues. I'm confused on the problem considering the receiver is set up specifically to connect to pandora.

Hi @rogers1026! Thanks for posting.

Since you need a mobile device to run Pandora in your vehicle, it may not be the Pioneer. I'd like to try some troubleshooting steps for your Galaxy to see if it will help. 

From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you):*

1. Open your device Settings
2. Tap Apps
3. Scroll down to find Pandora
4. Select Storage
5. On the storage details page tap Clear Data.

Keep in mind that the steps for each Android device is slightly different. You will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps.
