Hi @Tmccoll5!
Just wanted to check in and let you know they are still investigating what may be happening. For now, while not ideal, I would recommend connecting your phone via Bluetooth to your car so you can continue to listen to Pandora.
Thanks for your continued patience.

Hi @Tmccoll5! Thanks for posting.
Could you provide the following information so I can investigate?
- What is the make, model and year of your vehicle?
- If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?
- What is the model of your phone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)?
- How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
- Is your vehicle equipped with Apple CarPlay?
Can you do me a favor and share a picture of the app in your vehicles head unit.
Let me know.

Thanks for the pic @Tmccoll5!
Looks like you have PandoraLink in your Subaru. Can you let me know what happens when you press the app in your car?
- Is the app unresponsive?
- Does the app open but doesn't play?
- Does it appear to play, but no sound comes through?
- Do you receive any error messaging? If so, what does it say?
Thanks for the help and sorry for the 20 questions! ๐

Thank you for you help, Tanner. Your suggestion worked! I hadnโt even considered trying to listen to Pandora thru Bluetooth in my car. Duh! As long as Iโm able to listen in my car, Iโm a happy lady.
Happiest of holidays to you and your pup. Stay safe!

Glad to hear that is helpful for now, @Tmccoll5! ๐
I did see that some work was being done to determine why the app is unresponsive for you.
I'll be sure to update with any new information that I'm given.
Have a great holiday!
