Premium Subscription Features not working

I just bought a new Blazer and installed Pandora.  I have the premium subscription, but after a few skips, it tells me that my skips have been exceeded. This was one of the main reasons I subscribed along with the no ads.   How do I get this worked out or is this just a "thing" ?
