Subaru Ascent not connecting

I have a 2019 Subaru Ascent. I can't get the Pandora app to work on the car. I have bluetooth paired and the Launch From Car enabled.

Could you provide the following information so I can investigate?

1. Are you using an aftermarket stereo? If yes, what is the make and model of that device?
2. What is the make and model of your phone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)?
3. Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?
4. Have you experienced this issue only when in the car, or also when listening on your phone outside the car?
5. Are there any error messages? If so, what do they say?

• My radio is what came in the car. MY phone is a s ac Samsung s8. I don't know where to find the version of pandora. It is what came in the car. I have both apple play and android auto but my phone is android. I only have the issue in the car 
• The error message says Pandora is currently unavailable. Please confirm device is paired and pandora is paired.  I'm paired and pandora is installed.

Let's start with some troubleshooting for your Samsung. Can you try the following steps:

From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps:

1. Open your device Settings
2. Tap Apps
3. Scroll down to find Pandora
4. Select Storage
5. On the storage details page tap Clear Data.

Please note that you will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps.

Then, let's try re-pairing the connection between your car and the phone.

To remove the pairing, please go into the Bluetooth settings menu on your phone, find the appropriate connection, and select "Forget this device."

Once you've done so, refer to your car's manual for the steps to reconnect the car system to your phone.

• Pandora version:
  • If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
  • If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora

This worked great for my 2021 Ascent running stock radio and Galaxy Note 20 5G... It worked great via Android auto, but wouldn't load up via Bluetooth... Now it is working like a champ... Hope this doesn't become a constant issue!!
