The factory installed Pandora App in my 2018 Volvo is now telling me that my account has been deactivated/suspended. The same account works fine on my phone and computer. How do I getting working in my car again. I do not want to look at my phone every time I want to change stations.

Please try Pandora in your Volvos and of course, let us know if you're still having trouble.

I am having the exact issue with my 2015. . I just got my car back from repair and thought something was done by the dealer. How long has this issue been going on? Any time course on a fix?

I'm getting frequent errors where I get a message that my account has been deactivated by Pandora. I'm a long time Pandora user, and this has been happening more frequently over the last week (4/12) leaving me without Pandora in my car. Any ideas or suggestions from anyone?
I'm having the exact same problem with my 2017 Volvo S60 T5. All of a sudden about a week ago, I started getting this message on my screen which reads something like "Your account has been suspended/deactivated by pandora." Yet pandora works fine on my phone and my computer. This is very frustrating! I hope there is a resolution soon.
