Can you make money from sharing stations?

My mother thinks she can make money off of Pandora by sharing her station with all types of artists she has thumbed up, please someone explain to my MOTHER if she isnt the singer or song writer she CANNOT make money off of this, she has paid for premium without ads but she thinks her x boyfriend and his family is making money off of this. Someone help me im losing sleep over this.
