Then before they are to be released to serve one full year in the military service... Once the year of service is up, give them the option to further their education or stay in the military as a career... Free health care for all U.S. citizens... Make prescription drugs affordable for all who need prescription drugs...
Non-violent criminals who are serving 2 years or more to mandate they work on repairing roads, hwy, bridges and all DOT construction projects, this will help cut costs to federal funding for those projects, it will also help the states, and counties save money on man-hours...
