@MastyKat I lost Black Horse And The Cherry Tree by KT Tunstall, the license agreement has expired and has not been renewed for that particular song or album. I found this out long ago when I lost one of my top 10 favorite songs. I inquired about why it was no longer available, and that was the feedback I received. I hope this helps. 

There is a thread here in the community called Music Suggestions, reply to that thread and you could get your favorite song back. It worked for me, so perhaps it will for you.
