Hi,
Can anyone explain how one submits? a new release for Fresh Cuts consideration?
Thanks,
Phil K.
So, I was looking on Pandora for The Turtles (the 60s band that did Happy Together and what not), and I noticed none of their songs were there. Mind you, it wasn’t that their songs were there and was only available for radio play, there was just no songs by them period even though the artist was added and there was a bio for them and everything. I would like to listen to their songs, but I just can’t find any of them, even on their radio station
hello, my name is felix. i'm a young guy with a lot of issues and i'm asking for the community's help with something. quick trigger warning that this post has brief mentions of intense subjects (/sui) that are relevant to the post. if you have a minute or two i honestly ask that you read through this. it may not be worth it for you, but i am still asking.
for context:
about last june, i was searching up certain words and phrases on spotify for the theme of a playlist, the theme being 'regret'. i looked up 'im sorry' and after awhile of scrolling, i came across a song that would change my life. the song is 'im sorry' by artist masshu. i can almost guarantee none of you have heard of this song or artist; they have a mere 14 followers on spotify and only ever produced 2 tracks.
i won't get into detail, but in more than one moment in my life where i have been very broken, scared, or near to attempting, this song has, quite literally, saved my life. this is the only song i have ever heard that can calm me down from absolutely everything, even something as serious as a suicide attempt. the song has no lyrics, and is barely over a minute long, and this song has been my backbone for almost a year. i cannot properly express how much this means to me.
and very recently, silently, without me noticing for almost a week, the song was taken down from spotify. i only noticed after a little while and i.. i hurt. i hurt so much.
i took to frantically searching the web, forums, spotify help, soundcloud - anything for the song. i didn't want it to be gone. it is not on youtube because the artist is so small, nor is it on soundcloud. i found it here on pandora fairly quickly, but it's not available for playback here either.
i can't think of a time i've felt so desperate. i don't know what happened, why it was taken down, or if i'll ever get to hear it again. but i can say without the slightest shadow of a doubt that this song has changed the course of my life, and i would pay every penny i have to hear it again. i probably seem quite obsessed with this, and truth be told, i kind of am. i am desperate.
again, here are the song credits:
Title: im sorry
Artist: masshu
Writer: Enrique Nuñez
Source: GRID MVMT
^ the source of the song was what baffled me the most, as GRID MVMT is an online watch store. i have no idea what's going on, but i am asking for help. if anyone can help me find the artist or a way to play it again, i would probably cry, and i'm considering looking into payment. this means too much to me for me to just give it up. i'm continuing to dig as deep as i can into the internet to at least find the artist and say thank you for how they've changed my life, but it's time i ask for community help.
IF ANYONE HERE ON PANDORA KNOWS HOW TO FIND THE ARTIST OR GET THE SONG BACK, PLEASE TELL ME!
great thanks to anyone who helps,
felix.
@philmobet To clarify, are you an artist who is looking to submit their own music to Pandora?
Or is there a specific song you'd like to suggest we add to our catalog?
Let me know.
@Ronathon Were there any specific albums you'd like to see by this artist added to Pandora?
Let me know if so, and I'll be happy to pass your suggestions along to our curation team.
ah, sorry! no, i am not an artist, i'm looking for a song that has virtually disappeared, and i'd like to find it again. the song is called 'im sorry' by artist 'masshu' and it was apparently available here for some time, but i can't access it anymore. that's all, thank you! 🙂
don't mind that ^ i'm fairly new and hadn't realized how the posts work hsgsggdkhf

Hope to see you around the community space more often. 🎧
World music instrumentals: Hawaiian, Bossa Nova, Bolero, Flamenco, Tropical, etc. would be nice.
Please add the single "From: God" - By: Che Chin King. And also please add the single "Pray For America" By: 6:30. Also please add albums by Eddie Fernandez Quintet. Edit: I just thought of some more. Please add the album "Hold On to Your Dreams" - By: Donna Jackson, the album "Worthy of My Praise" - By: Riley Dufrene, the album "Out of the Darkness" - By: Rebecca Yerg and the single "I'm a Song" - By: Janet R. Martin. Thanks.
Could you please add Serenity in Murder? It's a symphonic metal band from Japan. Thanks!
Would like to have artist Hot Box Sound Machine added. Their self titled album is killer
@Aderl Thanks for your suggestion!
@xochikoskatl Is there a specific album you'd like to suggest for this band?
Let me know.
