Why am I seeing an error when accessing my year in review?
First, check the Playback 2020 eligibility requirements above. If you believe you are eligible and received an error, please contact user support.
Does this include my listening from all of 2020? I’m not seeing my holiday listening reflected.
Playback 2020 year in review and More To Love 2020 include listening from January 1st - November 23, 2020. What You Loved 2020 includes listening from January 1st - November 23, 2020.
How do I receive a What You Loved 2020 and/or More To Love 2020 playlist?
The What You Loved 2020 playlist is available to all listeners who meet the minimal listening requirements in order to create an interesting review of the year.
The More To Love 2020 playlist is only offered to Pandora Plus and Premium listeners. In order to ensure a high-quality experience, those listeners must also meet minimum listening requirements.
How did you decide on my Top Songs, Top Artists, and Top Albums?
Your selections are based purely on the songs and albums you’ve listened to on-demand in Pandora Premium. Radio listening is only reflected in your Top Stations.
Why didn’t I receive a Top Podcast?
Top Podcasts are given to those who have listened to multiple episodes of a podcast program. Keep listening to more podcasts to find out your top podcasts next year!
How did you decide on what to put on my timeline? I’m confused as to why I don’t see my station which I listen to every day.
The timeline shows key moments in the year when you listened to Pandora more than usual, for example, extra listening to new releases from a favorite artist or after a concert you attended. If your listening is constant throughout the year, you'll probably have very few moments on your timeline. On the other hand, if your listening time varies throughout the year, you’ll see more.
I’m VIBIN’ and my friend is A-LIST, which is better?
Whether you’re GLOWING UP, VIBIN’, A-LIST OR G.O.A.T., you are an important contributor to the music world! We based these roles on your total Pandora listening time throughout 2020. Keep on listening, and next year you can be the G.O.A.T.!

I'll go first!
This gloomy and cold weather actually makes me want to go back and listen to Chasing Summer (Explicit) by SiR. Definitely one of my favorite R&B albums!
Check him out and Rexx Life Raj as well if you aren't familiar.
Looking forward to seeing everyone else's Playback 2020! 🎶
I just looked over my 2020 recap and it honestly has me confused. My top station was my thumbprint radio with 119,193 minutes listened. My next next most listened to station was only 4,322 minutes. However, my top song was only played 14 times throughout the year. This feels a bit light considering I listened to (an estimated) 40,000 songs throughout the year and most were on my thumbprint radio. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the songs from my thumbprint listening did not carry over to the top song section. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
the stats are way off, just like my hours listened stats are way off
it's been like 6 months. i feel like if it's not getting fixed for the year end review, it's just not getting fixed...
When I try to log in to Playback 2020 to see my stats for the year, it says my account isn't eligible. However, I'm positive I've met the eligibility requirements in the FAQ (I've listened to at least 3 stations and dozens of hours of music). How do I get around this problem?
@kciur I had our engineering team take a look at your account, and this is the message they provided me with:
In 2020, that listener spent enough time on Pandora to qualify, but they only listened to two different stations, not the three that we require
Hope this helps explain!
