@climberboy11 Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?

Thanks for working with me on this. 🤝

Thanks for clarifying that with me, @brandon212.

Is @climberboy11 the main Pandora account you use?

In the meantime, if you have an ad-blocker enabled, please try disabling that and let me know if it resolves the issue.

Hey, Yeah, It's letting ME watch the ad but it doesn't let me listen to the song. The ''Oops'' error pop-up thingy....I'm so confused.

Hi there, @makaela. 👋

Looks like you posted this in the Android section of the community.

If you experience this error message when listening from an Android device, please try out these steps: Android Troubleshooting

If the issue persists on your Android device after clearing the app data, please provide the following info:

  • Make and Model:
  • Wireless Carrier:
  • Android version (Settings > About Phone):
  • Pandora version:
    • If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
    • If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?

++

If this happens when listening from a computer, could you share more details?

  • Are you using a MAC or Windows 10 computer?
  • Are you using the Pandora Desktop app or a web browser?
  • If you're using a web browser, which one?
  • Does this happen when you listen to podcasts? Or, any type of content (stations, playlists, etc)?

Let me know, and I can follow up with you. 🎧

I am windows 10, on the Pandora desktop app and it happens when i try to type a song in. After I watched the ad, it said that there was an error. So now I have to listen to a radio station that i chose

Thanks for getting back to me with that information, @makaela. I moved your post over to the Desktop section of the community to keep everything organized.

It sounds like this issue occurs when you attempt to initiate a Premium Access session.

In the meantime, I've shared this with our engineering team on an internal ticket we have open for this issue.

We appreciate your patience while they investigate. 🎧

This is happening to me very often. I watch an ad to enable a 30-minute session, and once the ad is over a message pops up that says, "Oops! Something has gone wrong. Please try again later." I am on a Chromebook and using Google Chrome. I've tried shutting off the computer, but has worked only once or twice out of the 10-15 times this has happened. I've also tried using a different account, but that doesn't work, either.

When I am using the radio on Pandora and I watch the ad to get more skips, this problem does not occur. Only when I watch an ad to get 30-minutes of listening to specific songs.
