when i try to do a pandora premium session it says oops something went wrong try again later. it has been saying this for 3 days and i tried my other 2 accounts and it is saying the same thing what is wrong. is it just me or is other people too.

In the meantime, if you have an ad-blocker enabled, please try disabling that and let me know if it resolves the issue.

i do not use ad blockers and all of a suden it started working thanks for the help

Hey, Yeah, It's letting ME watch the ad but it doesn't let me listen to the song. The ''Oops'' error pop-up thingy....I'm so confused.

It's me too! it has happened to other people I know they post it on here like you did. it only lets me play "todays hits" and I like that station, but I want to listen to other music it is SOSOSO frustrating!!! Is it still happening to you? if so that **ahem**.

I am windows 10, on the Pandora desktop app and it happens when i try to type a song in. After I watched the ad, it said that there was an error. So now I have to listen to a radio station that i chose

It sounds like this issue occurs when you attempt to initiate a Premium Access session.

This is happening to me very often. I watch an ad to enable a 30-minute session, and once the ad is over a message pops up that says, "Oops! Something has gone wrong. Please try again later." I am on a Chromebook and using Google Chrome. I've tried shutting off the computer, but has worked only once or twice out of the 10-15 times this has happened. I've also tried using a different account, but that doesn't work, either.
When I am using the radio on Pandora and I watch the ad to get more skips, this problem does not occur. Only when I watch an ad to get 30-minutes of listening to specific songs.
