Error Message: "We can't find any more music to play on your station right now."

This error message comes on after like 25 minutes of playing my shuffled stations. I have probably 20+ stations and now all of a sudden I "thumbs down" 3 songs and Pandora can't fine anymore music for me to play?? I call complete BS. I am sick of this error message for the amount of money I pay a month.

Again - over 20 stations to shuffle through and you can't find anymore music????????

Hi there, @bnstarr90. 👋

Sorry to hear that you're encountering this error message.

Can you answer a couple questions for me about how you're listening?

  • Where are you listening (home, work, or on the go)?
  • Is this happening when on Wi-Fi or cellular data?
  • Does this occur on all your devices or just one?

If this is happening on one specific device, please send:

  • Model (i.e. iPhone, Galaxy, etc.):
  • Operating system (i.e. Android 9 or iOS 13):

This will give me a better sense of what's causing this, and we can go from there.

Let me know what you find out.

I am listening from home - from the pandora website

This is happening while on wifi

I usually only listen to this on my desktop computer

@bnstarr90 When listening to Shuffle, you can view which station a particular song is from by scrolling to the bottom of the Now Playing screen. A banner will appear at the top of the window.

It should say "[Station_Name] Radio," and then the name of the track.

The next time this happens, could you let me know which station(s) it does this with?

Then, I can take a deeper look at your station to see what's happening.
