Missing pause and skip buttons

In Chrome and MS10, I have lost the ability to pause, skip or give a thumbs up. I have a white bar at the bottom that is blank.

I'm using a more secure browser from AVG, so these steps are not helpful. What do I have to do to restore these buttons?

Hi @ASTILES13, 👋Unfortunately, we don't support the AVG browser, which is why some of those buttons are missing. Please use one of our supported browsers for listening to Pandora, like Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

Since none of those browsers is as secure, I don't choose to use them. My monthly renewal is 8 days from now. I expect to be discontinuing your music service at that time. Failure to provide functionality that, in my opinion, is essential is shortsighted to say the least.

Sorry for any inconvenience and I completely understand your frustration.

While the AVG browser is not a current feature that we support, I suggest submitting a new request on our Feature Request form.

The Community Feature Request board is a place where registered community members can share what they would like to see on Pandora. It's a place where members can discuss, suggest, and vote on features and ideas, as well as see what the rest of the community thinks.

Once you submit your request, others can upvote your feature, and with enough votes that feature might be implemented on Pandora!
