Web: Music only plays for a second

Have shut down my Lenovo laptop then restarted multiple times today--keep getting a second of music...that's it (1st time this is happening).  Could you please suggest my next move?  Thank you!

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  3. Can you provide me with a screenshot/screen-recording of what you're seeing?

same exact problem!!!!!  Pandora stops after a minute or less.  I have Pandora plus so pay for subscription.  I have Windows 11.   Works fine on my phone and in my car but not on laptop which is new. I pay for this service and don't get it for more than a minute.

no error message... desktop app.. i'm just seeing regular page when music plays ...  it just stops   can't do a screen shot off my laptop

Thanks for explaining, @spirit .

If you haven't yet, can you please try out the corresponding steps on your browser to see if it helps resolve the issue you're encountering?

Also, if possible, please try connecting your device directly via an Ethernet cable and see if that helps.

If there is no change, try rebooting your connection: 

  1. Shut down your device completely;
  2. Unplug your modem and router, wait one full minute, and then plug them back in;
  3. Wait five more minutes to allow the modem and router to fully boot back up;
  4. Turn your device back on and try Pandora again.

I hope this helps and let me know what happens.

plays on phone, car and TV   but shuts off on laptop after 30 seconds to a minute

I have uninstalled / via the web site and microsoft app   I tried Chrome and Firefox   nothing works
