Currently, Pandora appends " (Explicit)" to Album titles instead of using Sonos' native symbols. It's also impossible to tell Explicit songs from their Clean counterparts in the Song Search. I've attached Sonos' Developer docs for adding this, along with comparisons from Apple Music's integration.
