It would be great to have a history of all of the songs that have been played on my Pandora profile page- much in the way all of my YouTube history is available for me to view (and even edit).
Don't know what the wrapped feature is. Can you explain for everybody?
As for the original topic. I continue to use Pandora, but as a family plan subscriber I find myself wondering if they have hit the wall as far as improving the listening experience. Do other users see them improving/evolving? Certainly not with listening history as far as I know.
Hello! This thread is from 2019.. its 2026 now. And guess what - we had the "access history" feature in varying lengths, for varying periods of time several times since 2019, and today we sit without it AGAIN. So disappointed in Pandora AGAIN. I usually do not get so upset that I would write to the company but with this issue I couldn't help myself. This is what I said:
When their is a lively discussion, MOST OFTEN ABOUT A FEATURE THAT HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE APP, at some early point, a "PandoraSomebody" posts a comment along the lines of "thank you, [NameOfUser], for your idea. We appreciate it." And then it falls flat. Seemingly falling on deaf ears. This person doesn't comment on the issue that prompted the users idea or add comments to the discussion. Answering questions that have come up or correcting misinformation so it doesn't spread would be nice. Thats the kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE I expect, as opposed to a sterile contact us page or the ever-popular form letter response that lacks authenticity, knowledge, and any amount of useful information. This is stale communication that alienates you from your customer base and target markets. Taking into consideration the advancements in technology I believe we can all trust that we did in fact contact you through the form; I don't need useless email telling me so. I would much rather see/hear that you as a company are listening to your (frustrated] members and (disgruntled, never-be-a-customer) guests that join in community conversations. These types of conversations, or threads, or whatever start because someone is looking for an answer, an explanation, clarity on something. Of course others have the same concerns. PLEASE STOP ENABLING US TO COMPLAIN, SPEAK BADLY OF YOUR COMPANY AND/OR PRODUCTS, AND OFTEN TIMES, A GUEST GOING ELSEWHERE OR, WORSE, A CUSTOMER CANCELING SERVICE. Fix your products, listen and respond to your customers, improve your company image by being responsive instead of remaining the old man wizard behind the curtain. Ive been with you since the absolute beginning....(almost 40 years now?)...DO BETTER PANDORA! I KNOW YOU CAN!
OMGGGG YESSS!!!! i NEEEEEED this!!! i’ve been a pandora premium subscriber for 10+ years now and it’s literally the ONLY thing that i have ever been unhappy about. PLEASE pandora, i’m begging you please please please please please do this! like, make it so that you can see a list of everything you listed to (even if it was just a single second) during a set time period- like at least for 7 days , but honestly it’d be so beyond perfect to have a full history of the past 30 days
make it available for you to pull up a list of everything that has been played on the account over the past week or even the past 30 days so that if you don’t get a chance to thumb it up right then when you hear it you can go back in your account and find the music that you loved instead of just hoping it comes back on.
