Error Message: This Station is Currently Not Available

"Station not currently available" error for all stations on all devices

I get this error either through the web, or on my iPhone on every station I try, Pandora made ones, my own every station. This obviously makes Pandora unusable.

 

I have tried via the Web and on my iPhone. I deleted the app, reinstalled still the same error for every station.

Please help, thank you.

@LiquidEcho This is due to your current subscription being linked to an old Australian post code.

To resolve this, you will first need to cancel your current subscription through Apple and wait for it to expire.

You can find instructions on how to cancel your current subscription through Apple here.

When your subscription expires and you start hearing ads again, you will need to reply to this message and let me know.

I can then escalate this over to our billing team so they can help get you on the right subscription.

hi.

As you suggested my subscription has exxpired and the music is playing again.

How can I reset up the subscription?

@LiquidEcho When your account reverts back to the free service and you start hearing ads again, please reply back to this thread and let us know.

We can then help get you set up with the correct subscription.

@awestnz It was a back-end change that we had to make on our end - it was related to your account previously being registered in New Zealand.

I’m getting the error message “this stations is currently not available. Please choose another station.” I’m getting this error for every station regardless of whether I’m on Wi-Fi or Data. I’ve tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging in and out of my account and nothing seems to be working. Please help.

None of my stations work & I get the “currently unavailable message” on both my iPhone & TV. I have uninstalled & reinstalled & nothing changed.

Can someone please help! All of my stations “currently unavailable” I’m sure it’s because I first downloaded the app while living in Australia. I have always listened for free and am not sure if subscribing would would solve the problem. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling nothing works. I have been back in the U.S for 9 years..I listen on apple devices…any suggestions..please I really miss my music!
