When you say you lost your saved music, are you referring to content you had downloaded for Offline Listening?

Can you please confirm with me what exactly is missing from your collection?
Does nothing show when you navigate to your collection?
If so, can you please try signing out, and then signing back in to confirm you are logged into the correct account?
