Pandora Update 07/02/2020: Hi everyone!
Our engineering team is aware of the issue with the "Hours Listened To" time stamp resetting.
They are currently looking into it and are working on a resolution. 🛠

I am having this same issue now too. It happened very recently, but hours are crazy inflated all of a sudden. Stations I only added within the last couple months are showing over 1200 hours played and the ones that were at the top before are showing thousands of hours more than they did before.

-in the past few weeks, my hours listened have become hyper distorted
-over a dozen stations are listed as having over 10,000 hours listened, and stations that i have scores of liked songs on say zero seconds listed
-the numbers have shifted at least a couple times. at one point it looked like it might be multiplying different devices times listened rather than adding them together(it would explain both the zeroes and the super high numbers)
-has anyone else experienced this? does anyone know if it's being addressed?

I am having the same problem. I listened to a station all day yesterday and it is showing 0 seconds listened to. I was using the web version of Pandora in the Google Chrome browser on a PC, today I am trying it on the app.

The one ongoing issue is that each day, the order for the stations I last listened to reset to collected within the day but are accurate across days. For example say there are stations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 that were created in that order (each station created on consecutive days). If I sort by recently collected, then they show up in the order 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and then 1. Say I last listened to 3 today, and just before that 6, and just before that 9; I last listened yesterday to 5, and just before that 1, and just before that 2; and I last listened to 8 on the day it was created, just before that 4, and just before that 7. If I sort by last played it should be 3, 6, 9, 5, 1, 2, 8, 4, and 7; however it will show today as 3, 6, 9, 5, 2, 1, 8, 7, 4 and tomorrow as 9, 6, 3, 5, 2, 1, 8, 7, 4.

My listened to stamps are incorrect too....They don't show stations that were just listened to and are not updating the most recent ones .....what's going on???

The Hours listened feature thinks I have listened to a bunch of stations for upwards of 3,000 hours. This is wildly inaccurate. I think the one I've listened to the most was around 200 at its peak before this started. I waited a while before reporting, and looked for similar questions on help.pandora.com which yielded one very similar issue, but I had insufficient permissions to view it. I have attached a screenshot:

Unfortunately, this has not been resolved yet by our engineers.

I am also having the same issue. 1 channel is saying over 3000 hours but i don't think i had any over 300 hours and only a third of my channels actually have any hours on them the rest say 0 secs. I know this is an ongoing issue but just letting you know there's another account with it.

As of this morning it is fixed. All the hours appear exact. It was a bit of a shock to see 11k hours on a given channel reset to, say, 56, but it is correct so thank you! 🙂
I had an issue with all of my stations showing an excessive amount of hours played (8000 hrs instead of about 400 hrs). Since the recent Pandora down time two days ago, my station times have been changed to hours that are now way to low. Most listened to stations used to be in the 500-600 hour range I think, now it's showing 157. Also station times are out of order. My most recently created station (a couple months ago) is now my second listened to station, and one of my first stations created in 2006 only shows 11 hrs. (should be about 300 hrs).
Although it's not affecting my listening experience, it'd be nice to get it corrected.

My hours are now too low! It's not a big deal, but I did consider them kind of an accomplishment in a silly way. Did the count before a certain date just get messed up somehow, and now finally thrown out?
