Two artists combined under the same name "Adie"
The Adie I originally added to my station is a CCM artist, but it has been combined with another Adie with explicit songs and albums. This definitely needs to be fixed!
So there’s some artist named Tim Armstrong that is getting mixed in with Tim Armstrong/Tim Timebomb/Rancid/Operation Ivy. Totally different genres. His bio even links to the Rancid’s Tim.
how can I get the wrong Tim to not show up?
Hi there, @LisaMary. 👋
Thanks so much for reporting this. To keep the community space organized, I moved your post over to this existing thread: Music listed under artist with similar name
I've shared your feedback with our curation team so that they can investigate.
We appreciate your patience while they look into this. 🎧
Hi @AlyssaPandora - I'm seeing a similar issue with another artist named RICO. One is an artist from the early eighties another is a modern rap artist.
The same with another band called, "FIFTEEN" - there are two different artist catalogued under the same name.
Can this be corrected please?
Goldo has seven singles on his profile that aren't by him: LSA, RR, Eric Zemmour, Cannes, Mille Milliards, CLYDE, and Salem City.
Epidemic (the rock/metal band) has some rap releases on their profile: Weekend at Jolly's, Head on my Shoulders, Seeds, Mountains in the Sky, Green Room, and Paper Planes.
Color (the American pop-rock band) has some releases that aren't by them either: Locals, Fuego, Strangers, Dos de la manana, Love Feels, 54321 Faded, Ruta, Camino, and Me Too.
I found an error in the music database and I want to find a way to get it to you so it can be corrected. The music for two different bands with the same name are mashed up under one account. The 70’s psych rock band “Afterglow” all their music is under the same profile as some Modern Christian Vocal Duo also named “Afterglow”. This has messed up my one station and now random gospel/Christian music will play on what once was an interesting station.
