Subnoize group Kingspade has another unaffiliated artist 'King Spade' under their artist profile. Can we get that fixed? I would like to listen to Kingspade Radio, but this guy's music keeps coming up. 😞
Moderator Edit: Edited title for clarity
The artist Lowkey seems to have another artist listed under it: https://www.pandora.com/artist/lowkey/AR45zxdchXf7l2K
The artist I am looking for has the following albums:
Soundtrack to the Struggle
Obama Nation (Single)
Dear Listener (Explicit)
Ahmed (Single)
There may be others, but I did not see them listed under the "all albums". All of the others are from other artists known by the same name
@MusicFan170 Thanks for reporting this!
For the artist "Owen" (Mike Kinsella) there are some tracks for a completely different genre/artist(s):
Inhliziyo https://www.pandora.com/artist/owen/inhliziyo/AL34pgJ4rXKd23V
New me (feat. Chuch88) https://www.pandora.com/artist/owen/new-me-feat-chuch88/ALhdkKbc4wZVxPk

Issue:
Music listed under artist with similar name: Biosphere
Music listed under the wrong artists: Biosphere
What if an Artists band name is the same name as another band, Can You label the bands to differentiate them?
For example:
-Artist: Biosphere (Geir Jenssen).
-Artist: Biosphere (Henry Ho).
-Artist: Loudness (Japanese Metal Band) Album LP "Biosphere"
I hope this can be solved asap.
Thank You.
@IDM I moved your post over to this existing thread: Music listed under artist with similar name

Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
Trying to create a station based on The Lost Boys (renaissance rock and roll). It keeps linking to a rap group.
@naprat Thank you for reporting this.
This just happened to me, today.
Yakuza (avant-garde metaljazz) vs Yakuza (rap/hip-hop). ☹️
Thanks for reporting this, @eftyen.
@AdamPandora I cant find my original post anymore about Christian music on my EDM station. I think @TannerPandora had moved it to some thread which is now archived and I cannot see. At any rate I wanted to let you all know what I discovered. The station was originally called "Electronic", and featured the song unbroken by sierra. If you look this up its from the album "Gone". There appears to be a different group called sierra where this artist has been incorrectly categorized/merged.
Here is the album:
You can see it is associated with this artists albums here:
If you listen to the tracks from other "Sierra" albums it quickly becomes apparent these are not the same artists.
The artist I was intending to seed my station with:

The artist pandora thinks I wanted:

Greetings! On 6/4/23 & 6/16/23 I posted that the band Overseas (https://pandora.app.link/DKgl54mkGAb) has the correct collaborative supergroup description, but that band only ever released one album (https://pandora.app.link/MkJilfykGAb). Unfortunately, Pandora has them linked with other bands of the same name. This is the only error standing in my way from creating a Pedro The Lion (& related side projects) radio station.
Can Pandora please use the links I've included to fix this error? Thanks for all your hard work in this tireless curator endeavor.
@Jehouash Unfortunately, our curation team is still looking into this.
No need to report on this further, as we have already escalated your initial feedback to them.
Thanks again for your patience in the meantime!
Artists band name is the same name as another band, Can You label the bands to differentiate them please?
For example:
-Artist: Biosphere (Geir Jenssen).
-Artist: Biosphere (Henry Ho).
In Biosphere (Geir Jenssen) albums releases there's an album:
"Lithography Vol 1.2 Album by Biosphere (Henry Ho) & Intel Music"
This is not a Biosphere (Geir Jenssen) album. Please correct.
Thank You.
Thanks for letting us know, @IDM.
I've forward this to the folks who look after our collection. They will review as soon as they can. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
You have the song "Padung Na Ko Pauli" under the '90s female singer Poe. The new song is by a different act called Poe--there's no connection between the two.
You have the song "os croquetes acabam" under the '80s German female singer Nena. This song is in Spanish and is clearly by a different artist. Please correct.
Hey, @serop2. 👋
Thanks for pointing this out.
I've shared this information with our curation team for their review. 👍
Hi,
We found the following library errors :
-Music listed under the wrong artist.
-Music listed under artist with similar name.
The following Albums/Singles have been incorrectly added to Flanger (Uwe Schmidt and Bernd Friedmann) discography:
These are not Flanger (Uwe Schmidt and Bernd Friedmann) aka (Atom™ & Burnt Friedmann) Singles. Please correct.
It would help to stop confusion if these artists were properly labeled. For example use:
Artist: Flanger (Jazz,Electronic) or (Atom™ & Burnt Friedmann)
For the other artist with same band name, label them with : Flanger (Dance,Techno)
Thank You.
