Same issue across family accounts here. It's just plain not updating, it's not about being across platforms for us. If I play Pandora on the laptop all day it stays the same as it has for months, not showing any new albums, songs, stations, etc. Desktop with a different account is the same. I've never looked at the screen on mobile since it connects to the car and we don't use recently played there.
