Restoring My Thumbs Up Playlist

I dont have a My Thumbs up playlist in my collection, not sure if I ever have had one. Can mine be "restored" too?

You can find it by sorting your collection by Playlists.

Can you restore my My Thumbs Up playlist too. It's missing. Don't need old thumbs up it had. Too much trouble to edit the playlist by choosing 1 song at a time. I can re-populate the playlist. Just want to just go through my stattions' thumbs up playlists and manually add to master My Thumbs Up playlist. Thanks.
