Thumbs up/down greyed out on a station

I added a station to my collection, but I cannot thumbs up or down any songs.  The buttons are gray. Does anyone know how to fix this

@Debbie3 What is the name of the station you are unable to provide Thumb ratings on?

Is it a station that was shared to you from another user?

Can you please send me a screenshot of what you are seeing?
