I am having the same issue that a couple of people were having where the Thumbprint Playlist isn't showing the accurate number of songs that the Thumb's Up total has. Under my account in the Thumb's Up I have over 900 songs, but the Playlist only has 400 listed.
Is there a way to sync those on our end?

Unfortunately, this issue has not been resolved yet and our engineers are continuing to look into it.

So you've had this problem for years. What EXACTLY are you doing to fix it besides having "engineers look at it". I'm am engineer, I know what that CAN mean and it certainly.seems like you all are doing jack-all to fix these problems? For 10 bucks a month from every premi user, pay your people to actually SOLVE the problems.

I have not heard anything back from the support team other then they are working on the issue. Why does it take days for them to fix this when you can do it in a split second? I'd rather you fixed this issue then have to wait for them...sorry but Ive had this issue before and it was never resolved. Can you please help with this?

I understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your patience during this time.
I was just looking at both the thumbs-up playlist in my profile and my Thumbs Up playlist. Are they supposed to be identical, because, for some reason, mine isn't? Also, can there be a rule that the same song from the same album can't be in the playlist twice?
