Google Next Mini Promo - Delivery

Hi,

I had redeemed my promo code for the Mini Nest.  I had filled out the proper delivery information but still have not received the device.  I tried to reach out to the help desk and was giving the wrong email for support.  I've noticed others are having problems with this "promo" as well.  Is this a scam to get access to our accounts?  Could someone please help me with this matter?
