Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.

Please use the following steps to activate your in-home device:

• Launch the Pandora application.
• Select New User.
• An activation page will appear with a code - leave this code up on the device screen as you continue.

From the web, visit www.pandora.com/roku and enter the activation code there.

Or, from a mobile device, open the Pandora app and go to Settings, then tap Device Activation and enter the code.

Finally, select Continue on the in-home device.

I  have paid for the subscription by credit card. Pandora is not showing on my TV screen. WHY?

Can you tell me a little more about what is happening? What's the make and model of the device you are using?

When you say it's not showing on your TV screen, do you mean the app is missing or that Pandora won't load? If it loads, does appear frozen?

Can you please share a picture of what you're seeing? Let me know.
