I just updated the Pandora app on my Sony Bravia XBR-55X700D Android TV, and now the "Shuffle" option is gone. What happened? I've been an paying subscriber for almost a decade now and you've removed the only reason I have to use your service?
Before the "moderator" shows up... It's a Sony Bravia XBR-55X700D. There are no error codes or messages. The "Shuffle" station is just gone now.
Can we, as paying customers, get real help from a human being instead of a flow-chart following bot?
mod edit: changing title for clarity
Hey, @BORICUA. 👋
Sorry for the trouble with your shuffle option. I moved your post over to this existing thread as it sounds like you're experiencing the same issue: Missing Quickmix/Shuffle station and/or Thumbprint Radio
In the meantime, I've shared your feedback with our engineering team. We have an internal ticket open for this issue and they're working on it.
Thanks so much for your patience during this process! 🎧
@llaarsen I moved your post to this thread since you are reporting a similar issue: Missing Quickmix/Shuffle station and/or Thumbprint Radio
I have passed your feedback along to our engineers so they can further investigate.
In the meantime, can you please try logging out of your device, and then logging back in to see if it brings back the shuffle option?
Let me know how it goes.
Let's try removing the device association from your account and running through the setup process again to see if that helps.
I've removed the device association from your account. This will automatically sign you out once this change takes effect. Please be patient as this may not happen instantaneously.
Next, click here to select steps specific to your device in order to set up Pandora once more.
If you do not see your device listed, click here for general activation steps.
Let me know if this helps.
Hi @sfbrady1243! Thanks for posting.
Can you tell me a little more about the device this is happening on?
Thanks for replying, but this may be a moot point now, as I tried someone's recommendation to "reinstall the app." I'm on an iPad, by the way, probably about 7 years old now. So after I uninstalled and tried reinstalling it, I got a message that "Pandora was no longer supported on this device." Pandora is also installed on my MacBook Air (same age.) The bummer here is that I have a Doss Soundbox speaker that I was using with the iPad, but I have no idea how to switch it to the laptop. Bottom line, I give up.
I'm sorry @sfbrady1243. 😓
The current version of Pandora for iOS devices requires iOS 13. To confirm the iOS version you are running on your device, open your device's Settings, go to General, About, and Version.
If you are running a version older than iOS 13, you will need to update your device's operating system (OS). Please refer to this article on how to do that.
Otherwise, I'm afraid you won't be able to download the current version of the Pandora app on that device. Previous versions of the Pandora app are not available for download.
It looks like the Doss Soundbox is a bluetooth enabled speaker. You may be able to connect your computer via Bluetooth to this speaker. However, I would refer you to the owners manual for your particular Doss speaker for steps on how to do this.
Hi @MatthewC249! Thanks for posting.

Could you let me know which troubleshooting steps you've already tried?
