No service on work TV

I have had Pandora on my TV at work through the Roku device for 5 yrs, for the 2 days No service, I get Pandora on my cell but not the tv, on the tv I can stream Hulu, Amazon, and others But not Pandora. How do I reconnect. Maybe Cancel service & start all over

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

1. Is there an error message when you attempt to sign into your account? If so, what does it say?
2. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
