Hi @Brandib1234566 and @aprilblessing! Happy Thursday, welcome to community!

I've removed all the devices associated with your Pandora account. This will automatically sign you out everywhere including any devices you currently have. This may not happen instantaneously, so please be patient.

I do recommend changing your password to something new and not easily guessed.

Click here to request a password reset and make sure to enter the email address associated with the Pandora account you'd like to access.

  • Next check the Inbox associated with that email address in order to continue through the password reset process.
  • If you don't see the message in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

I need the same thing done. I keep having my streaming interrupted and the message "someone else is lsitening" pops up. I changed the password. So, I really need any other device besides my computer to be signed out. Thanks.

Hey, @jchapman. 👋

Thanks for posting about this, and sorry to hear that.

It's not possible to remove or view devices on your end at this time. However, I would recommend upvoting this existing feature request by click on the 💙next to the title: Someone else listening - Show what other device is being used

In the meantime, I've gone ahead and removed all the devices associated with your account. This will automatically sign you out everywhere including any devices you currently have, so you will need to sign back in once this change takes effect. Please be patient as this may not happen instantaneously.

I also recommend changing your password to something new and not easily guessed.

Click here to request a password reset and make sure to enter the email address associated with the Pandora account you'd like to access.

  • Next check the Inbox associated with that email address in order to continue through the password reset process.
  • If you don't see the message in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

Hope this helps! 🎧

I am not sure if I have other devices connected to my account, but I noticed that songs are being played that are not from me so would appreciate the support of making sure that I am not login anywhere that I am not using. Please remove anywhere that I may have login still from all devices. Thanks so much, we all have stuff on our minds to forget about the little things as login out of accounts when visiting other places.

Hey thanks for helping people out. Can you do the same for me? My thumbprint station is all jacked up. I gave an old phone to a friend. He must constantly be listening and liking bc my thumbprint station doesn't even sound like it could be from my Pandora. I may just start a new one but I've had this same account since like 2011. I'm willing to maintenance this one but I wanna be sure it won't happen again

Hi, please sign me out of all the devices connected to my Pandora account. I gave away a streaming device and forgot to reset it to factory settings.

Thank you!
