So, what was trending in 2019? Power acts with multiple songs on the list. The King and Queen of 2019? Post Malone and Cardi B, respectively, who both racked up five tracks. Other honorable mentions include Ariana Grande, DaBaby, Bad Bunny, Drake and Lil Bunny with four tracks each.
Pandora’s expert curators also nailed our 2019 Artist to Watch Predictions— six of the picks appeared on this year’s list of top songs including Alec Benjamin, City Girls, Gunna, Normani, Summer Walker, and Yella Beezy.
Spoiler alert (let’s be real, no one is surprised): Drake dominates this list with 16 (!!!) tracks. Bad Girl Riri comes in second with a cool ten.
