(RESOLVED) 12/4/25 - Unable to upgrade/manage subscription directly through Pandora

Hi, 

I'm trying to upgrade to Pandora Plus, I put my Chase credit information in and it keeps saying "Sorry, your payment information is not valid. Please update your details."

Please help.
