Activating Pandora Premium offered through Fetch Rewards

I chose a reward with my points through Fetch Rewards. I picked Entertainment Magazine plus 3 free months of Pandora. I've yet to receive my 3 free months from Pandora, please help me resolve this issue. Thanks!
