Activating Premium Offer through Fetch Rewards

I chose a reward with my points through Fetch Rewards. I picked Entertainment Magazine plus 3 free months of Pandora. I've yet to receive my 3 free months from Pandora, please help me resolve this issue. Thanks!

Hello! I too chose this offer from Fetch... three times now and it won’t let me apply it to my pandora account. Please help 🙏

P.S. I don’t care about Entertainment Weekly, I chose it specifically for Pandora
