Activating Premium Offer through Fetch Rewards

I chose a reward with my points through Fetch Rewards. I picked Entertainment Magazine plus 3 free months of Pandora. I've yet to receive my 3 free months from Pandora, please help me resolve this issue. Thanks!

It’s going to sound like a broken record, but I too never received my free 90 day trial via Fetch Rewards.  I never got an email, a link, Instructions…nothing.  I did receive the magazine portion of the offer, but never anything from Pandora nor the “Rewards Center.”   Your assistance would be greatly appreciated….

i have this same issue. it gave me no instructions on how to make it so that my pandora was now premium...

Hi Adam, I too have had an issue with redeeming this from Fetch. I did not receive anything from them with a code in it, and I searched my spam, junk and deleted emails. Thank you so much!

I only received 60 days. I'm not sure what to do in order to get the 90 days from the promotion. Please advise 

I forgot to include that I've already received the email. Customer support canceled my subscription, and told me to log on to set it up. 

That's when it only gave me the option for 60 days or no subscription (the way it had been left).
